APPSC JUNIOR ASSISTANTS IN BOARD OF INTERMEDIATE CUT OFF MARKS AND RESULTS

APPSC announced final key for the post of junior assistants in board of intermediate exam at September 15th.Since then board of intermediate exam written candidates are worrying about cut of marks. Many candidates are asking me about OC category cut off marks. To find out accurate cut off marks for each and every category I created a form to submit the marks that who had written this exam. Till now only 20 candidates submitted their marks in the form, but more than hundred people who had written this exam, they are just seeing the survey results and going out. They are not entering their marks. This is really not fair. This survey is for all not for few candidates.

Friends this is a collective work, me, srinivas sata and few of our friends are really working very hard to collect the information from all over A.P, but we are unable to receive data from ZONE 1 and ZONE 2.We have more samples from rest of four zones but we have very few samples from those two zones.

Friends, I am requesting to ZONE 1 and ZONE 2 candidates please submit your marks and if you know any of your friends who had written this exam please ask him to submit his marks in this website. If we receive more samples then we can come to one conclusion for every category cut off marks.

Friends you already observed few websites, they just fill their websites with husk and advertisements. They won’t work for you; they just work for creating more money. They will create many pages to a particular exam that to without any information, by this way their website will appear in first page in Google search.Inncocent candidates clicks those links and will go to their website, their also candidates click nothing but the ads. Website moderators earn the money candidates lose their valuable time.
This is the scientific way to find out exact cut off marks for each and every category. Please support this effort and share the burden.

To submit marks and view the survey results, form is available in "SUBMIT MARKS" page.

Thank you very much.

APPSC WRONGLY IMPLEMENTED BC RESERVATION IN JUNIOR LECTURERS

The Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission has wrongly implemented the reservation rule in the selection of junior lecturers in zone IV. To cover up, the commission recommended to the Board of Intermediate Education that it create supernumerary (more than required) posts to accommodate candidates who wrongly made it to the selection list.

The rule of reservation was incorrectly implemented in selecting English lecturers in Zone IV. Total 95 posts available in English across the state, 39 fell in Zone IV. According to the rules, the combined merit list must be prepared first and candidates must make it to the list by virtue of their performance in the entrance examination and not on the basis of their caste.

While preparing the roster, the APPSC accommodated a female candidate who secured 316 marks in BC-C category and placed another female candidate belonging to Other Category (OC) above the former, though she secured less marks of 311. As the lone lecturer post reserved for BC-C category was filled by a female candidate who secured 316 marks, another male candidate belonging to BC-C, who secured 312 marks missed the selection,” sources said. If the APPSC had followed the rules, the female candidate with better marks would get the post in the combined merit list and the male candidate will get the post in the BC-C quota, sources added.

A similar error was noticed in the selection of Hindi lecturers in one of the zones.

Largest Leaf in the World - Victoria Amazonica

Update your General Knowledge:

Victoria amazonica (giant waterlily)
The enormous circular leaves, which grow to over 2.5 m across, have upturned rims and are anchored by long stalks arising from an underground stem buried in the mud of the river bottom. The leaves first appear as spiny heads but expand rapidly up to half a square metre per day. The upper surface has a rather quilted appearance and a waxy layer that repels water. The purplish red undersurface has a network of ribs clad in abundant sharp spines, possibly a defence against herbivorous fishes and manatees. Air trapped in the spaces between the ribs enables the leaves to float. They are so buoyant that they can easily support the weight of a small child, and a mature leaf can support 45 kg if the load is evenly distributed. In a single season, each plant produces some 40 to 50 leaves, which cover the water surface and exclude light, thus restricting the growth of most other plants

APPSC GROUP 2 WHITENER CASE

A Division Bench comprising Justice V. Eshwariah and Justice N. Ravi Shanker clarified that the answer sheets of the candidates who used whitener fluid in the examination held for recruitment to Grade II ‘A’ services may be re-evaluated, excluding the answers which were corrected using the white fluid. The final adjudication will be done by the A.P. Administrative Tribunal (APAT) on this issue meanwhile.

The Bench was disposing of the writ petition filed by N. Kylasa Rao and others who were complaining that the APAT did not stay the ongoing selection process though they had demonstrated that some candidates used whitener fluid to correct the answer sheets.

The judges took note of the fact that though over 4.45 lakh candidates applied only1.80 lakh students took the examination and ‘only some used whitener’. The Bench wondered as “to how the white fluid was permitted inside the examination hall”.

JUNIOR ASSISTANTS IN BOARD OF INTERMEDIATE CUT OFFS

According to my analysis top score will be between 220 to 230. If we observe the GS paper it is tougher than Group1 and Group2 paper, only few people can achieve 110 marks. Coming to Computer literacy paper there is no separate syllabus advised to the candidates by APPSC. Actually paper 2 is an optional paper, APPSC combined all 3 optional papers into one and named it Computer Literacy. So there is no particular syllabus and there is no study material in the market for this exam . I feel no one exclusively prepared for paper 2. All the candidates wrote the computer literacy paper based on their computer knowledge. If you observe the paper 2 questions it looks easy but very difficult to answer . Generally we never familiar this type situation in an exam. Only few people score 110+. According to APPSC key I scored 100 marks in paper 2 and 105 in paper 1, I being a software engineer scored only 100 marks in paper 2. After complete the exam I assumed that I will be in 240+ , according to wrong APPSC key I am at 205, if appsc correct the key I will be in 212.

So friends don't disappoint if any one says i am at 220+ at last they all come below 220 marks only. If we come to cut offs 35,000+ candidates applied for this exam i assume 25,000+ candidates were attend the exam. Only 24 posts available in OC general and 13 post for OC women. Who score 200+ they will get the job in OC general category, for women 190+ is the cut off. Women who score 190 to 200 they will get the job in OC women category.

For other communities it is very difficult to assume the cut offs, blindly I can say for all BC communities men who are in 190+ they can expect the job for women 185+.

Please comment on my analysis that is highly appreciated.

Thank you very much.
